On July 26, the post doctoral workstation of Zhejiang Jinggong Science & Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the examination meeting of Dr. Kou Haijiang and Dr. Chaiqing and the final report meeting of Dr. Li Binglin and Dr. Yang Jian. The evaluation team is composed of experts such as Zeng Li, the leader of the doctoral program of agricultural engineering, a professor of Yangzhou University, Zhu Zhida, the director of the discipline office of the school of mechanical engineering, and the professor of Yangzhou University, Zhang Fan, an associate professor of the school of mechanical engineering, Yangzhou University.
At the opening review meeting, Dr. Kou Haijiang and Dr. Chai Qing made opening reports on the research topics of《Research on dynamics and collaborative optimization design of high-speed magnetic levitation motor for rotor spinning machine》 and 《crack prediction model for laser cladding additive manufacturing based on multi field coupling》 respectively. Dr. Kou Haijiang's research topic is mainly aimed at the high-speed and ultra-high-speed magnetic levitation rotor system of rotor spinning motor. Based on the electromagnetic field theory, the aerodynamic field dynamics theory and the nonlinear rotor dynamics theory, the dynamic model of the magnetic gas eccentric gap field coupled by mechanical, electrical, magnetic and dynamic airflow is established, and based on this model, the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the magnetic gas gap field are solved and simulated, comprehensively considering the mechanical, electrical Fluid and other uncertain factors, carry out the research on multi coupling parameter matching and collaborative optimization design method of complex rotor system. Dr. Chai Qing's research topic is to study the crack defects in the selective laser melting process of SiCp/Al. From the point of view of material transformation and cooling solidification, the relationship between workpiece stress field and temperature field is explored, and the mathematical relationship model between temperature field and stress field is established to realize the calculation of workpiece stress field. The topics selected by Dr. Kou Haijiang and Dr. Chai Qing are in line with the actual production of enterprises. The research content is substantial, the technical route is feasible, the research method is effective, and the expected goal is reasonable. They have certain theoretical research significance and practical application value. Combined with the technical research ability of the initiator and the good platform of Jinggong Science & Technology, after the evaluation of the expert group, it was unanimously agreed that Dr. Kou Haijiang and Dr. Chai Qing started the topic.
At the subsequent closing report meeting, Dr. Li Binglin and Dr. Yang Jian made a closing report on the research project of "research and development of magnetic levitation motor for full-automatic rotor spinning machine", and reported in detail the work, specific research contents and relevant achievements during the postdoctoral period. During their postdoctoral period, they published 6 academic papers, applied for 10 patents and 5 software works. The research plan of the two doctors is advanced, the technical route is feasible, and the combination of research theory and practical application has innovated the traditional technical methods, which has strong practical application value. The expert group fully affirmed its research results. After comprehensive evaluation, it was unanimously agreed that Li Binglin and Yang Jian, two incoming doctors, concluded the topic.
